Debbie McNeill - [Youth & Community Pastor] I have recently joined the team here at St.Luke’s, building relationships with both young people in established church groups and in the community. I am also working with our church members in the community at all age levels, as we endeavour to seek the friendship and fellowship of others in our village and beyond. We want to continue to create a sense of belonging for all!

My particular calling is to create opportunities for building trusting loving relationships created through serving, listening and blessing others.

I was born in Coventry. I became a Christian in 2003, after fifteen years in the health and Beauty industry. I then began work with young men who were in recovery from substance misuse in a residential Christian rehab. I went on to live in Leamington Spa as a placement for my degree, and where I graduated.

Married to Hugh, I have two daughters in their early twenties and a grand- daughter.
